Sierra Bancorp earns a record $15.3 million as a reserve reversal and a loan recovery lift the quarter
Diluted earnings of $1.18 a share rose 64% from $0.72 a year earlier. Pre-tax pre-provision income, which excludes credit-loss expense, rose 8.4% from $16.4 million to $17.8 million.
