Scienture preliminary third-quarter revenue rises 256% sequentially as Arbli volume grows and REZENOPY ships
Preliminary, unaudited revenue of $1.22 million, up 256% from roughly $344,000 in the second quarter, as Arbli wholesale unit sales rose 74% sequentially and the August REZENOPY launch added initial shipments. Nasdaq restored compliance.

Scienture Holdings' Form 8-K filed October 19, 2026 and its Exhibit 99.1 press release dated October 13, 2026, both reviewed directly on SEC EDGAR.
Covers Scienture's preliminary, unaudited third-quarter 2026 revenue, released October 13, 2026 and furnished to the SEC on October 19, 2026, plus the Nasdaq listing notice disclosed in the same Form 8-K.
Scienture Holdings reported preliminary, unaudited revenue of approximately $1.22 million for the quarter ended September 30, 2026, up 256% sequentially from about $344,000 in the second quarter of 2026, according to the press release it issued on October 13, 2026 and furnished to the SEC with its Form 8-K on October 19, 2026. No earnings, margin, cash or balance-sheet figure accompanied the top-line number.
Investors got one number and a filing date. Scienture Holdings said preliminary, unaudited revenue for the quarter ended September 30, 2026 was approximately $1.22 million, up 256% sequentially from about $344,000 in the second quarter. The release gives no year-over-year comparison, and no prior-year release accompanies the filing. That is the whole of the financial disclosure that came with the filing.
A top-line pre-announcement, not a finished quarter
The exhibit is a revenue preview, and the company is explicit that it is not final. "The preliminary revenue figures described in this press release are unaudited and subject to customary adjustments." The release adds that complete third-quarter results will appear in the Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q. That distinction governs how the 256% should be read: it measures sales only. On the rounded approximations the release supplies, $1.22 million against $344,000 computes to about 255%, which is consistent with rounding of the company's unrounded figures rather than a different calculation. None of the costs that determine whether the quarter was profitable — manufacturing, selling and marketing spend, research, interest, dilution — appears in the document. The release's own risk list does name "our ability to continue as a going concern" and "our ability to raise funding in the future, as needed, and the terms of such funding, including potential dilution caused thereby".
Arbli volume and the REZENOPY launch
Two products drove the quarter, and the release separates their contributions only qualitatively. Arbli, the company's liquid losartan for hypertension, posted a 74% sequential increase in wholesale unit sales, with recent institutional formulary additions supporting continued commercial expansion. REZENOPY, a 10 mg naloxone nasal spray approved for emergency treatment of opioid overdose, launched in August 2026 and contributed "initial wholesale shipments". That phrase carries weight: launch-quarter shipments to wholesalers can reflect trade stocking ahead of pharmacy-level demand. The release does not disclose how much of the $1.22 million came from each product, what gross-to-net deductions applied, or how much inventory now sits in the channel. Those splits are the difference between a durable run-rate and a one-quarter step-up.
Nasdaq closes the minimum-bid file
The second item in the filing had nothing to do with revenue and removes an overhang. Scienture disclosed that Nasdaq had notified it on October 14, 2025 that its minimum bid price had been below $1.00 per share for 30 consecutive business days, breaching Listing Rule 5450(a)(1). The exchange gave it until April 14, 2026, later extended to October 12, 2026, to cure the price. The staff then issued a determination letter that the company had not regained compliance. On October 19, however, Nasdaq confirmed the closing bid had held at least $1.00 per share for the ten consecutive trading days between October 5 and October 16, 2026. "Accordingly, the Company has regained compliance with the Minimum Bid Price Requirement", the filing reads, and the matter is closed with SCNX remaining listed. The delisting risk is gone, after a year in which the company had still not regained compliance as of the October 12, 2026 extension deadline.
What the Form 10-Q must show next
Management framed the quarter as a turning point. Narasimhan Mani, president and co-chief executive, said the figures "mark a significant inflection point for Scienture, demonstrating the accelerating commercial momentum of our expanding pharmaceutical portfolio," and added that "we believe our historically high gross margins will provide significant operating leverage, supporting our goal of achieving profitability in 2027." Shankar Hariharan, executive chairman and co-chief executive, stressed institutional adoption and "entering strategic commercial partnerships." None of that is quantified: there is no gross margin rate, no expense base, no cash balance and no quantified 2027 revenue or earnings target in the release. This desk captured no analyst consensus for the quarter, so this article makes no claim about beating or missing expectations. The next dated checkpoints are the Form 10-Q for the September quarter and any disclosure of product-level revenue.
