NVIDIA said on July 29, 2026 that it will discuss financial results for the second quarter of fiscal 2027, which ended July 26, 2026, on a conference call Wednesday, August 26, at 2:00 p.m. PT (5:00 p.m. ET). Ahead of that call, the company said it will post written commentary from Colette Kress, executive vice president and chief financial officer, immediately after results are publicly announced at approximately 1:20 p.m. PT. The call will be webcast on investor.nvidia.com.
What changed
Those times and the quarter-end date are from NVIDIA’s July 29, 2026 conference-call announcement. They are not results. The last fully reported quarter in the sources opened for this page is the first quarter of fiscal 2027, ended April 26, 2026, released May 20, 2026: GAAP revenue of $81.615 billion, Data Center revenue of $75.2 billion, and GAAP diluted earnings per share of $2.39. In that same May 20 release, NVIDIA’s outlook for the second quarter was revenue of $91.0 billion, plus or minus 2%, with no Data Center compute revenue from China assumed in that outlook. That outlook remains an issuer statement as of May 20, 2026. It is not a TickerGrove estimate, and it is not the Q2 print.
The objects to keep separate are the calendar, the last reported quarter, and the Q2 print that does not exist yet. NVIDIA’s July 29 announcement names the fiscal period ended July 26, 2026, the approximate 1:20 p.m. PT results time, and the 2:00 p.m. PT / 5:00 p.m. ET call. The webcast is listen-only on investor.nvidia.com. The Q&A, NVIDIA said, will be limited to questions from financial analysts and institutional investors.
The May 20, 2026 Q1 FY2027 release is the baseline, not a run-rate. GAAP revenue was $81.615 billion. The issuer also stated Data Center revenue of $75.2 billion and Edge Computing revenue of $6.4 billion. GAAP diluted earnings per share were $2.39; non-GAAP diluted earnings per share were $1.87. GAAP and non-GAAP gross margins were 74.9% and 75.0%. NVIDIA said it is moving to a Data Center and Edge Computing reporting framework; under the previous sub-markets, Data Center compute was $60.4 billion and Data Center networking was $14.8 billion. Those are Q1 figures. They do not establish Q2.
What this page will read in the August 26 report is whether revenue, Data Center, margins, and EPS are presented on the same basis as Q1, and whether NVIDIA updates or restates the May 20 outlook language. The May 20 outlook for Q2 revenue of $91.0 billion, plus or minus 2%, and GAAP / non-GAAP gross margins of 74.9% and 75.0%, plus or minus 50 basis points, with GAAP / non-GAAP operating expenses of about $8.5 billion and $8.3 billion, is dated May 20, 2026. This article does not treat that outlook as the Q2 result.
A scheduled call is not a reported quarter
A company can announce when it will report before it reports. The date and time are checkable. The quarter’s revenue and earnings are not checkable until the results document is public. Until then, the last filed quarter is the baseline, and any outlook in that older release stays dated to that older release.
Keep the May 20 outlook on its as-of date
The $91.0 billion plus-or-minus 2% Q2 revenue outlook, the China Data Center compute assumption, and the margin and expense ranges are NVIDIA statements as of May 20, 2026. They are not consensus, not a TickerGrove model, and not the August 26 print. Compare Q2, when it arrives, to the Q1 GAAP table and to whether the issuer still uses the same segment labels.

Q2 FY2027 results are not public on this page. This article does not print a consensus estimate, a price target, a share-price move, or a recommendation. It does not infer China revenue, Data Center growth, or whether NVIDIA will beat or miss the May 20 outlook. The May 20 outlook remains NVIDIA’s language as of that date. A BEA GDP second estimate is separately scheduled the same morning; it is not NVIDIA’s earnings.
