Davis Commodities Limited announced that The Nasdaq Stock Market LLC stated it will delist the company’s Class A ordinary shares, with delisting to become effective ten days after Nasdaq files a Form 25 with the SEC.
Davis Commodities is exiting Nasdaq after months without resumed trading, while trying to preserve an OTC quote and Exchange Act reporting.

On September 21, 2026, Davis Commodities Limited said Nasdaq stated it will delist the company’s Class A ordinary shares from The Nasdaq Stock Market. Class A ordinary shares continue to be quoted on the OTC Markets under the symbol DTCKF, the company said. Shareholders may continue to obtain quotations and trade through broker-dealers that support OTC transactions, subject to broker requirements and market conditions. The company warns there is no assurance of continued OTC quotation, an active market, or liquidity.
Nasdaq delisting does not end the company’s reporting obligations under the Securities Exchange Act of 1934; Davis says it will remain an SEC-reporting company.
Timing still depends on Form 25
The press release does not give the Form 25 filing date, a definitive delisting effective calendar date, or any appeal/hearing outcome narrative beyond Nasdaq’s stated intention.
