3M shares jump after it gives Amazon a warrant tied to $6 billion in data-center purchases
Most of the warrant for up to 3.16 million shares vests as Amazon buys optical connectivity and other data-center products, fully once its payments reach $6 billion. The shares rose about 5% after hours.
