EU Accuses KKR of Misleading the €22 Billion NetCo Merger Review
Brussels' preliminary view is that KKR at least negligently misled the 2024 NetCo review over the wholesale deals that helped clear it — exposing the firm to a fine of up to 1% of worldwide turnover.
