HEI monetizes part of ASB stake in IPO to help fund Maui wildfire settlement
HEI sold about 2.0 million ASB shares for $29.5 million net in the bank's IPO, then another 293,904 shares for $4.4 million when underwriters exercised their option, and will use proceeds to reduce Maui wildfire settlement financing needs.
