Brandywine widens 2026 loss forecast after $240 million Philadelphia sale
Core FFO fell to $24.6 million and Brandywine replaced its per-share FFO range of $0.53 to $0.57 with a per-share Core FFO range of $0.54 to $0.56, excluding a $0.09-a-share charge and leaving comparable FFO per share at $0.45 to $0.47.
